Our dad has been living at Allouez Parkside Village #2 since June 2019, after being diagnosed with an abrupt onset neurological disorder and needing 24 hour care. This was very hard for him as he lived an independent life alone. We couldn’t have made the transition go any smoother without the help and understanding of Holly and Wendy who answered so many questions and concerns we brought up to them. We want to thank you for accepting our dad and giving him a safe and comfortable atmosphere to live in. Your staff are all very friendly, caring and compassionate, and have a lot of patience. Our family is so appreciative to all of the staff at Allouez Parkside Village #2 for the care and compassion they have given to him, especially on his tougher days. It is so welcoming to be greeted by staff and some of the residents when we walk through the facility. Dad enjoys the home cooked meals served, and the desserts are his favorite. He also enjoys the music groups that come in to play weekly. Thank you for everything you have done for our dad since he has been in your care.
