This was the best place my dad could have lived for the last 11 months of his life. The staff was very caring and dedicated. There are plenty of activities for the residents, and the building is clean and welcoming. My dad loved the people that worked there and enjoyed his “middle of the night” (when he couldn’t sleep) chats and hot chocolate with the staff. He was happy, safe and well cared for at West Haven.
